For Stedin’s new employer branding campaign, we created Work That Gives You Energy—a platform that honestly reflects the reality of working
on the Dutch energy transition. 
Instead of portraying work as effortless, the campaign acknowledges the demanding nature of technical and IT roles
while highlighting what makes them rewarding: meaningful impact, strong teamwork, and the satisfaction of building a reliable energy network.

With Stedin facing the challenge of hiring around 800 new colleagues, the campaign was designed to strengthen the employer brand,
increase awareness, and position Stedin as an employer where demanding work delivers lasting purpose and energy.
